Step 3: Then we meet live, face-to-face in my online studio. I go through each mark/note you've made in your story or journal with you. I help you pull that thread and visit memories, emotions, blind spots, patterns and anything else that you need to bring up into your consciousness to:

• Get the elements of your new story clear so that you can reweave that story thread.
